Follow this blog from time to time as Sarah and Derek (Rachel and Dena both did 1,000 mile legs of the trip) add updates of their cross-the-country-on-bicycles-tour, starting July 2nd, 2007 in Davis, CA, and ending in Virginia. They will miss their families, friends, home-grown fruits and veggies, worms, bees, and co-op dinners as they embark on this 2-3 month bicycle trip, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity they will surely enjoy!

nice ice cream log! i'm so jealous that sarah and derek got to eat the mushroom ice cream... the factory guy called again, saying he'll order the ice cream again, even though it's the food co-op who should be calling... ah, well.
